National Annual Public Administration Case Competition

The 2021 National Public Administration Case Competition was hosted by Carleton University and held virtually on February 10 & 20, 2021. The case centred around the impact of COVID-19 on long-term care in the country, and how provinces might take part in a national discussion about policy options. The scenario required students to brief their province’s senior officials who are representing the province on a national task force called by the federal government. This group needs to consider what conditions would have to be met for the province to take an active role in these national-level discussions, as well as proposing some potential policy solutions.
